Return Policy:

At Tumahy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we have made the return process simple and convenient.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs; however, there will be no restocking fee for returns.

Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the product,, we offer a free product exchange. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping fees for the exchanged product.

Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations depend on the status of your order. Once an order has been processed and is awaiting shipment or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for the package to arrive and contact us for further assistance regarding refunds.

How do I make a return?
1. Contact us at support@tumahy.com.
2. Select the item(s) for return, specify the reason, and submit your request.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address.
4. Print the return label and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
5. Arrange for collection by calling the post office or dropping off at your nearest post office.

How do I make a exchange?
1. Contact us at support@tumahy.com.
2. Select the item you want to exchange, state the reason for exchange and the desired replacement style, then submit your request.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with the address.
4. After sending out the item, please provide the tracking number to our customer service. We will arrange the shipment of the replacement style you need.
5. In the case of no quality issues with the product, the customer is responsible for the postage for the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:
1. Products that are worn, damaged, or missing tags.
2. Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on the package. Use the return address provided via email for processing.
2. Ensure only Tumahy items are included in your return package to avoid complications.

Refunds:
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of your return. Funds will be credited back to your original payment account within 5 business days.
2. Original shipping fees and insurance charges are non-refundable.
